FLOW includes an AI-guided assistant that helps residents and candidates explore roles, salaries, pathways, and utilities information in plain language—no jargon, no guesswork.
The FLOW Navigator can:
- Explain each role in simple terms (day-in-the-life, salary, schedule, training).
- Show clear career ladders and growth paths inside the utilities department.
- Answer common questions without staff needing to update a government CMS.
- Guide residents to current job openings, projects, and relevant updates.
It’s a digital guide that makes public sector careers and utilities work feel approachable and visible.
Flow Where People Already Are
Because traditional credit card–based advertising isn’t an option, FLOW relies on QR codes, geofencing, and social storytelling to reach people in parks, transit stops, and community spaces.
FLOW respects County constraints while modernizing outreach:
- QR codes in parks, libraries, and community centers link directly to FLOW.
- Geofencing shares updates and job opportunities in targeted zones, managed by Kreation Ave.
- Social media creative points to the FLOW landing page, not to a complex government portal.
- All messaging, creative, and reporting are delivered as an ongoing service.
